Cordeel is committed to upholding the highest governance principles and strives to consistently enhance corporate governance performance by prioritising transparency and ethical conduct.
Given that certain governance topics were identified as the most material in the materiality matrix, we want to highlight the progress we made in 2022 and our objectives for 2023.
Corporate Governance
In the past years, the Cordeel Group has grown rapidly: new companies were set up and acquired, and new divisions were established. We professionalised our organisation to be ready for further growth.
In the second half of 2022, we started updating our corporate governance, in order to clarify roles and responsibilities.
