Revenue Cordeel Group
In 2025, we achieved a consolidated revenue of 891.32 million euros.
Our principal markets are Belgium (70.8% of revenue) and the Netherlands (24.1%), together representing approximately 95% of consolidated external revenue.
We also operate in Bulgaria (3.3%) and Serbia (1.8%). Our entities in Hungary and Poland are internal engineering support companies providing services such as BIM modelling to other group entities.
None of our products or services are banned in any market.
We have no revenue derived from the fossil fuel sector, no involvement in the controversial weapons industry, and no involvement in the cultivation or production of tobacco.
Our group company Sobeltec produces decorative plasters and wood finishes and is registered under NACE code 20.59. This activity does not fall under Division 20.2 (manufacture of pesticides and other agrochemical products).
Based on the >10% revenue threshold (AR-13(a)), C-construct (79.6%) and C-tech (11.4%) are significant sectors.
The other divisions each fall below 10% of revenue but are considered significant under AR-13(b) due to their connection to material impacts, risks and opportunities:
C-production’s environmental footprint from manufacturing, C-energy’s role in the energy transition, C-living’s impact on communities and land use, and C-innovation’s contribution to low-carbon solutions.

Renovation projects
Renovation projects are a growing part of our revenue. In 2025 it represented 14.8% of our total revenue.
Brussels in particular is proving a strong market where we are delivering ambitious projects with high sustainability targets set by our clients.
By keeping existing concrete structures in place rather than demolishing and rebuilding, we save thousands of cubic meters of concrete per project, directly reducing embodied carbon and scope 3 emissions.
Our renovation revenue more than doubled compared to 2024, which shows that reducing the carbon footprint of the built environment and building a strong business are not in conflict.
